She currently serves as Chief People Officer & Head of Operations at Decision Minds, and previously as Global Head, Operations & People at Saama, where she led People strategy along with Risk, Legal, IT, Compliance, Immigration, Travel, and Facilities.
A true architect of organizational transformation, Nirali has driven operational effectiveness through major growth phases such as multiple acquisitions and various rounds of funding while leading talent strategies, leadership capability building, global talent development, and culture-centered change. She’s widely recognized for reinventing the HR function into a high-touch, progressive, and deeply embedded in employee experience as well as business outcomes.
Nirali brings cross-industry experience across Healthcare, Technology, Banking, and Retail, holds both a Bachelor’s as well as a Post Graduate in Business Management, and previously led Business Development for Planet Health and Adani Hypermarket (now Reliance Supermarket) in India.
She has served on the Customer Advisory Boards of SaaS Research (since 2018), and is a frequent speaker in the valley, shaping modern views of Operations, HR, leadership, changing landscape with AI, workplace culture, and the future of people functions.
